Support Procedures

You can request technical support from AccurateIT in a number of ways;

    By email to: help@accurateIT.com.au

All Support requests must state:

    Your company name
    Your name
    Your contact number
    The urgency of the request (Normal / Urgent)
    (Urgent requests may be charged a loading as listed in our Rates table)

After any on-site work is completed by AccurateIT, an Authorised member of staff will be required to sign the Technicians work order.

Business Support Plan Customers:

  • Gold, Silver and Bronze support customers are given access to our knowledgebase containing answers to a number of common problems.
  • Gold, Silver and Bronze BSP customers can see their outstanding, scheduled and completed work orders in the customer section.
  • Gold and Silver BSP customers will also be given access to a 24 hour support hotline.


Payment Terms:

  • Non Support Agreement customers will be charged for Telephone and remote support in 15 minute increments.
  • Payment Terms are strictly 14 days, and interest may apply for outstanding amounts.
  • Hardware is strictly cash in advance except to approved customers.
