Virtual I.T. Department
The Virtual I.T. Department is for those customers that are looking for a total IT solution. Accurate IT Support acts as your very own Internal IT department, providing all the services you would expect of an IT department. Your Virtual I.T. Department gives you peace of mind.
For a fixed annual fee (Depending on the size and complexity of your network), we can take responsibility for ALL your IT requirements. Any faults in the network can be resolved for no charge. We can also include services such as adding or moving users, changing passwords, or setting up equipment. We're used to working with all kinds of networks, all kinds of users and all kinds of needs. Determining what is included and what isn't is completely up to you - let us know what you would like us to include, and we will tailor a Virtual I.T Department to your requirements.
It is in our best interest to make sure everything is reliable as possible, which of course results in a reliable and stable network environment for your staff.
The Virtual I.T. Department will provide you with;
- Unlimited Free Technical Support for all items listed in the Virtual I.T. Department Support Agreement.
- A fixed annual fee
- a significant discount on all our service fees (for any work that falls outside the Virtual I.T. Department Support Agreement)
- access to 24x7 Emergency Support
- a regular maintenance and IT management schedule.
- a single point of contact within Accurate IT Support for all your IT problems.
- access to the AccurateIT Knowledgebase
- the ability to check your work order history and work order status online
In order for you to qualify for a Virtual I.T. Department , AccurateIT will need to;
- distribute an I.T. satisfaction survey to your staff, and collect and collate the results
- perform an audit of your network, documenting its configuration into our database
- set up remote access services allowing us to administer your network from our offices
Additionally, if your network is currently in a bit of a mess, we will need to first stabilise it - this means any Internet connection, Email systems and security or backup issues need to be examined or addressed before we can begin supporting you.
You can't make a silk purse out of a sows ear, and we can't support an unreliable network. We will make it rock-solid as our first task.
