Bronze Support Plan
Designed for customers with unpredictable IT requirements, or as a starting point on the path to a more comprehensive Support Plan, the Bronze Support plan provides many of the savings of the Gold and Silver plans, for a very affordable cost.
Customers on Bronze Business Support Plans are billed in advance for blocks of Support time. When you have used up these hours, we will invoice you for the next block of hours, and provide you with a work status report, showing all work performed to date.
The Bronze Support plan will provide you with;
- a significant discount on all service fees (larger discounts than Ad hoc customers can qualify for)
- Access to 24x7 Support
- a complete, and regularly maintained set of network documentation, including;
- usernames and passwords
- hardware serial numbers and configuration
- warranty details
- software license details
- network configuration and cabling diagram
- more.
In order for you to qualify for a Bronze support plan, AccurateIT will need to;
- distribute an IT satisfaction survey to your staff, and collect and collate the results
- perform an audit of your network, including documenting its configuration into our database
