Ad-hoc support is simple to understand - you have a problem with your computer, call us and we arrive to fix just that problem.

While we don't mind adhoc support, it is the most expensive way of getting our help. It's also very likely to mean that you'll be so impressed with us, that you want us to call regularly to keep your business running.

To help save you money and to introduce ourselves, we've got the free support deal

As long as you're in the Macedon Ranges area, we'll come and spend up to one hour with you, fixing as much as we can in the hour. All it will cost you is a cup of tea and a chocolate biscuit. After that, each hour will be charged - if you want us to continue. If you want to stop at the end of the hour, we'll be able to give you a firm quote for the work, and make an appointment to come back when it's convenient. All we will leave behind is the cup that the tea was in.

We do this as we constantly hear horror stories of people being charged astronomical fees to fix problems - a bill they didn't expect.


We have a range of support plans to give you peace of mind by making sure that problems get fixed before they turn into  catastrophies. We'll look out for viruses, mal-ware and be able to give you impartial advice about any computer or internet related questions you have. It's also much cheaper than paying for us to spend hours fixing catastrophies. Remember, our first focus is you and your business.
