If you need a specific issue resolved, call or email AccurateIT to get a technician on site fast.

A scope of works will be lodged by our call centre into our support database. The most appropriate technician will be assigned to the task, based on urgency, complexity, and the nature of the problem. You will be notified when the technician will be able to attend the issue. After the technician has completed the work, it will be signed off on the work sheet. Its that simple.

Ad-hoc services can be billed on Time and Materials rates, or to save money, Pre Purchased blocks of support hours can be ordered. Pre Purchased Blocks are available in 10, 20, 30 or 50 hour increments - the more hours you pre-purchase, the greater your overall saving. Click here for our schedule of rates
