Some of our competitors claim a special first focus, label common IT procedures with fancy names to justify their frightening high prices, and promise the earth. We don't. We're realists. We don't claim any special skills or abilities, just plain old experience, qualifications and a desire to do the best job we can. Nothing more ;-)
All our work has three parts;
Discovery: What is the problem? What is broken? What are your priorities? What would you like to be able to do? How much do you want to spend? How much are you able to spend? How much are IT problems costing you right now? Based on this information, we will create a plan for moving your business towards a reliable IT environment. The proposal will include fixed costs, recommendations on hardware and software and outline alternatives. We will discuss it with you in plain English to figure out what's going to happen next. For businesses that are starting on a formal support plan with us, we will also distribute a survey to all members of staff in your organisation. The results of this survey will be used as the baseline for measuring improvements in your organisation's Network.
Stabilisation: Make it work now! This is all about ensuring your network meets a minimum level of reliability and usefulness for your staff. A poorly designed or cobbled together network is only going to cause you an endless series of problems and an endless series of headaches. Our goal is to prevent problems from recurring by fixing the root causes, rather than the symptoms.
Support: What next? This part doesn't have a beginning or an end. We start supporting your system from the moment we first talk to you, and continue on after we have finished the contracted job.
